The ImoIFF is excited to announce the addition of Singaporean actress and producer, Agnes Goh, to its prestigious jury for the 2024 edition. Agnes Goh has a rich portfolio, having starred in numerous short films, series, and features. Her debut feature film, Grand Sugar Daddy, premiered at the European Film Market in Berlin and was part of the Cannes Film Festival market.
Goh’s creative versatility shines through in her work as a writer and producer. Her first short film, Dare to Fail (2021), was produced with support from Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and CreativesAtWork. Since then, Goh has co-produced several other short films, screened at international film festivals.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Goh is actively involved with the Singapore Film Society, a non-profit organization responsible for organizing major film festivals in Singapore. Her commitment to cinematic excellence and promoting diverse narratives aligns seamlessly with ImoIFF’s mission to celebrate global filmmakers.
The ImoIFF team is honored to have Agnes Goh’s expertise and unique perspective on the jury, further strengthening the festival’s commitment to excellence in film.
